Individual Workout

This workout has been structured to strengthen the athlete’s overall approach to the game. The drills are designed specifically to address each athlete’s needs with emphasis on correct movements, footwork, attention to detail, shooting, passing, dribbling or whatever areas our coaching staff decides are best suited for the player to work on in that specific practice regime.

Practice plans will be discussed with parents and athletes post sessions so everyone understands the purpose of the drills and movements done. Everything we do at Next Chapter Hoops is performed with a strong attention to detail.

Group Sessions
Group sessions are tailored for groups of 2 to 6 athletes in each session. With the same preparation and attention to detail as our individual workouts, we set up each group workout to improve the each player’s ability with a specific theme for the session. In one single hour it’s fairly hard to improve in all areas, but with our targeted themes for the practice sessions we are able to help you improve faster and more accurately than standardized training sessions. Practice plans will be discussed with parents and athletes post practice so everyone understands the purpose of the drills and movements done.

Who will you work with?
Our Pro Skills Coach, Vlad Moldoveanu is a professional basketball player (8 years and counting), he is a 2007 High School McDonald’s All American Nominee, 2008 & 2009 NCAA 1st round participant, 2010 & 2011 Patriot League 1st Team, 2011 College All Star Game participant, Estonian League MVP, Euroleague participant, Champion of Estonia, Poland, Romania.
